Dear Exhibitor:
The National Catholic Educational Association 2010 Convention & Expo is returning to the Land of 10,000 lakes. The last time NCEA was in St. Paul & Minneapolis was in 1997. Plan to join us from April 6 to 8, 2010, as NCEA, the NPCD Convocation and CLA Convention will all be together under one roof at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
The NCEA Convention & Expo is the largest private education association gathering in the nation. Those participating in the convention represent all aspects of Catholic and faith-based education from preschool, elementary, secondary, adult education, colleges and universities to local parish pastors, priests, directors of parish religious education programs, parish volunteers and more. The Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis along with the Minneapolis Catholic Conference and surrounding dioceses contain a large Catholic population as well as numerous other faith-based schools.
This year, the convention expo hall will again open on Tuesday, April 6, 2010, at 12 noon and close on Thursday, April 8, 2010, at 4:30 pm. We have listened to your suggestions and will have the Expo Hall open an hour later on Tuesday until 6:00 pm and on Thursday we will have a social and raffle from 3:00 to 4:30 pm, with no other conference events scheduled during these times. To increase traffic in the Expo Hall, we will strongly encourage attendees to visit the hall and participate in the activities planned, as well as encourage attendees to spend valuable time with each other.
By clicking on the links below, you will find the necessary information and materials to reserve your exhibit space. The deadline for the initial assignment of exhibit space is October 9, 2009. If your company has exhibited with NCEA before, it is especially important to return your application before that date since space is assigned on the basis of seniority. After October 9, 2009, space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
