NCEA is coming to sunny Anaheim, California, for the 2009 NCEA Convention, Expo & NPCD Convocation, April 14 to 16, 2009. The late registration fee is $200/person for members, just $20 more than the regular registration fee.

PLAN TO REGISTER EARLY: Those who register between November 3, 2008, and January 30, 2009, will be entered into a drawing for 4 one-day park-hopper Disneyland tickets and other great prizes. Register by March 5, 2009 to take advantage of the early-registration rates. After March 5, 2009, the registration fee increases. Don't miss this great opportunity to participate in well-planned educational sessions at the convention and fun-filled evenings with family, friends, and colleagues.
GROUP RATE: In order to take advantage of the group registration rate, ALL attendees MUST be compiled and submitted together. There will be no add-ons to the group rate once registration forms have been received.
CONVENTION BADGE: Your badge will not be mailed to you this year. You (or your group leader) will receive an email confirmation of your registration including a bar code, which you may print out and take with you to the convention.
Alternate method: If you do not have your bar code for any reason, you may type in your name and obtain your name badge in this way.
Kiosks will be available to print your convention badge on site (similar to automatic check-in kiosks in airports).
FINAL PROGRAM PICK-UP: With your name badge in hand, you will next go to the registration booth to pick up your convention bag with the final program and other information. Our friendly staff will be on hand to direct you and answer all your questions.
NCEA is working with Travel Technology Group (TTG) to reserve accommodations at special group rates at many hotels in close proximity to the Anaheim Convention Center. ALL reservations must be made through TTG in order to receive the special rates. You will not be able to access the special rate by contacting the hotel directly. If you have any questions regarding your hotel reservations, please contact TTG at 1.800.967.8617.
NCEA is once again pleased to cooperate with the University of Dayton to offer graduate credits for persons attending the NCEA 2009 Convention in Anaheim. Follow this link for more information and registration forms.
