NCEA Welcomes Relationship Manager Laura MacDonald

The new position of member relationship manager will help NCEA strengthen connections with members.

Leesburg, VA – The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) welcomes Laura MacDonald to the association to help focus attention on its members. Laura is the relationship manager in finance and operations. She has the responsibility of recruiting new members and retaining current members. Her position includes providing membership, product and service information and support.

"Laura’s energy and giving spirit has been a blessing to Catholic schools," said NCEA President Lincoln Snyder. "Her work is a true expression of Gospel values and a great fit to work with our NCEA members."

Laura has been an educational leader at regional, county and district levels and has had extensive experience mentoring, coaching and leading teachers since she began her career in teaching in 1998. Laura has served as an administrator in the Diocese of Sacramento since 2013 where she most recently was principal at Our Lady of Grace School. Before her assignment as principal at Our Lady of Grace School, she was principal at Holy Cross Academy.

Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in liberal studies from California State University as well as teaching and administrative credentials, including a Master's degree in leadership and policy study.

Laura has two daughters in college and currently resides with her husband of 28 years in Wisconsin.
